International Shipping of GPI Products
We recently changed our shopping cart to better handle international orders/shipments. If you are trying to place an order and find there are issues regarding the payment process or shipping, please send us an email through our contact page and let us know. We will respond in a timely manner.
Mexico/South America:
Unfortunately, we can no longer ship orders to Mexico or anywhere in South America as we have had too many issues with packages not arriving at their destinations. Any orders placed from these locations will be cancelled and refunded. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding this matter.

Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to taxes and important duties required by the countries they enter. GPI does not have any information concerning the specific amounts, rates or tax schedules that may be required to be paid by the purchaser after it leaves our shipping department. Customers purchasing our products should check with their customs or import office in their area to determine the amounts that may be due at time of delivery. Any additional taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

•The values listed on the customs form will not include the cost of shipping. Only the discount price of the product(s) will be declared on the customs form that accompanies your order.
Delivery Times and Schedules:
•GPI makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours when items are ‘in stock’. However, delivery times outside the USA can vary by country and form of shipping. USPS Express Mail, Priority Air Mail and 1st Class Air Mail provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS) all have estimates for delivery and ‘tracking’ for packages sent from our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. However, not all countries work with the USPS to continue to track packages once they leave the United States. Other than Express Mail the delivery times can vary due to the time of year, customs clearance and holidays.
•1st Class Air Mail (the least expensive) varies by the schedule of your local postal service and usually takes longer than other methods of delivery. In our experience, most packages arrive within 1 to 2 weeks to countries we most commonly ship to (Canada, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Denmark, Austria). All packages below 4 pounds are shipped by First Class International Mail.
•US Priority Air Mail is listed by the US Postal Service and estimated at 7 to 10 days for delivery.
•Express Air Mail (the most expensive) is 2 to 3 days.
We have had excellent service through all thee forms of delivery but can only estimate delivery time after the package leaves our facility. Customers will receive a tracking/customs number for their order and should contact their postal or delivery service with any questions when trying to determine when their package may arrive. Your country's post office determines whether the package continues to have tracking once it leaves the United States. Please allow sufficient time to receive your order especially during holidays.
