Please Note: We only offer our remaining RIMS® with the Half Plate mounting plate. This is the mounting plate shown in the product photos and will work with "L" Arm mounting hardware.
A few years ago we experimented with a Silver powder coat for RIMS® mounts (similar to how we finish our Dynamounts™). We only had a small batch done like this and we are offering them for sale at a slightly discounted price. A few things to consider if you are considering the powder coated option:
- The side plate that comes with the RIMS® band is NOT powder coated (it is anodized), so it is not an exact match to the RIMS® band.
- Powder coating looks very nice, but it can get scratched/marked easier than our usual anodized finish.
- Like our "Blemished/Factory Seconds" RIMS®, these are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged.
